Although FraserCon Ltd. started in 1998 as a one-person sole proprietorship, it has grown into a thriving award winning business with over 40 full-time employees and many more part-time associates. We would like to recognize the real backbone of our company; our highly valued employees.

Nikki Sheely, a native Texan born in McKinney but raised in the quaint town of Blue Ridge, discovered her passion for the construction industry early on. After graduating from Blue Ridge High School in 1989, she embarked on a journey that led her through various professional endeavors before finding her niche at FraserCon “Concrete Experts.”
As a child, Nikki’s career aspirations were diverse, but her love for the construction industry ultimately drew her in. She finds joy in activities like CrossFit, spending quality time with loved ones, and indulging in the serene atmosphere of wineries. Her favorite travel destination is the beach.
Nikki’s professional journey began straight out of high school, working for EDS, and eventually transitioning through roles in architecture, engineering, concrete companies, and even a title company. However, it was her return to FraserCon where she found her professional home under the guidance of Jason, marking a remarkable 20-year milestone.
What inspires Nikki most about her role as Residential General Manager is the dynamic nature of the construction industry. Each day presents an opportunity to learn something new, even after two decades of experience.
Reflecting on her personal life, Nikki celebrates 23 years of marriage and takes pride in her role as a devoted mother to her daughter and son, as well as a loving grandmother to her four grandchildren. Her guiding mantra is, “In the end, everything will be okay. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.”
Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Scott moved to Dallas while in high school. He attended Hillcrest High where he played football and eventually learned to eat Mexican food. After high school, he spent time at Denton, Austin, and Dallas to earn a Dean’s Honor List and obtain a BS degree in Business Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Scott has more than 30 years of success in the construction, manufacturing, building materials, and truck manufacturing industries. He has held leadership positions at organizations including Scott Evans Consulting, US Concrete, Lattimore Materials Company, and Gifford-Hill. His areas of expertise include business planning, marketing strategy, operations & risk management, cost control, loss management, and supply chain management. Scott has served on numerous Boards including the Texas Aggregate & Concrete Association (TACA), Lattimore Materials Co., the City of Colleyville, and Holy Family School.
Spending time with his family and friends, wine, and travel are Scott’s favorite pastimes. A die-hard UT fan, Scott loves football and cheering for the Longhorns, even though he married an Aggie! He is proud to say he has attended the TX – OU game every year since graduating.
Kris Kirby leverages over two decades of experience across the construction industry in his role as FraserCon Concrete’s Director of Field Operations. His diverse background provides a comprehensive perspective, from foundational structural engineering to overseeing field work and building client relationships.
Most recently, Kris spent 10+ years heavily involved in design work, field operations, and assisting contractors across vertical markets. This enables him to understand projects from start to finish.
Outside of work, Kris enjoys quality time with his two sons, Kyle and Connor, often spent on outdoor activities. With his extensive expertise, Kris brings invaluable leadership to FraserCon.
Born and raised exploring the red dirt plains of Lawton, Oklahoma, Jason Fraser headed south for high school in Richardson, TX then to attend Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Although Dallas became his adopted hometown, he still considers himself an “Oklatexan” at heart.
After graduating from SMU in 1993 with a business degree, Jason entered the concrete construction industry. Over 30 years, he has been involved in most aspects of the concrete construction industry. This experience led him to launch FraserCon Concrete in 1998.
As founder and CEO, Jason builds more than structures – he builds strong relationships by encouraging his team’s professional, personal and spiritual growth. Jason is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to connect on a deeper level with his team.
Outside of work, you can find Jason sweating it out at CrossFit or globetrotting with his family and friends. But his greatest joy comes from time spent with family and friends.
Jason lives by the motto: “Business is a marathon and time will either promote or expose you, so don’t take score too early. Strong relationships are built over decades, not days or months.” This long-term perspective drives him as an entrepreneur and leader.
Born and raised in Abilene, Texas, Baron Martin graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a degree in Construction Science. His early career included positions at Whiting-Turner Contracting before joining Osburn Concrete in 2015.
As Estimator, Senior Estimator, and Preconstruction Manager, Baron contributed to major Dallas projects across multiple different market sectors including multi-family, hospitality, medical, higher education, religious, and mid-rise office towers. Baron brings with him 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
In addition to his civilian work, Baron has served in the Army National Guard as an Aviation Officer since 2005. He has held leadership roles including Company Commander and Battalion Executive Officer.
As Preconstruction Lead at FraserCon Concrete, Baron draws inspiration from seeing projects evolve from concept to completion. He applies his experience and passion for construction to every new challenge.
Growing up in Georgetown, TX, Clint developed a lifelong passion for construction from working in the industry with his family. He gained hands-on experience operating equipment and moving dirt from a young age. This led him to work for an excavation company before going to college.
At Texas A&M University, Clint continued working in the construction industry while pursuing his degree in Construction Science. He worked many jobs ranging from ranch hand to A&M road maintenance technician, ultimately leading him to start his own small contracting company in College Station.
During his internship with a large general contractor, Clint solidified his passion for concrete. After graduating, Clint went straight into concrete construction in DFW. He grew from a Project Engineer to a Project Executive of a structural concrete team. Clint is dedicated to delivering exceptional structures and developing careers in commercial concrete construction. His extensive industry knowledge and commitment to mentoring others are evident in his office display of shoring systems and model cranes used for teaching.
Outside of work, Clint enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling all over the country. Regardless of where he is, you won’t find him far from his family who are the center of his life.
Clint is driven by the motto that busy people get the most done and he makes the most of all life’s experiences.
